Why we're doing this

A lot of what wellness sells is impossible to measure. You listen to a track, you light a candle, you breathe — and you hope. Sometimes you feel different. Sometimes you don't. And you're left wondering whether the thing in your heart is real or just hopeful.

FrequenZ is built on the bet that sound, breath, and intention actually move state — but a bet without data is just a story. The 3-week trial is the reality check.

You use the Tuner. You log how you felt before and after, in a way that takes less than a minute. After 3 weeks, you can look back and see — clearly — whether what you feel in your heart and soul is actually showing up in the numbers, or whether something needs to change.

What we'll be tracking

Small inputs after each session. Nothing clinical, nothing invasive.

Before & after state

A quick 1–10 on how you felt going in and coming out.

How the 3 weeks unfold

    Sign up

    Tell us your name, email, what you want to test, and how often you'll show up. That's the baseline.

    Tune

    Open the FrequenZ Tuner whenever you need a reset — sleep, focus, stress, movement, emotion.

  3. 03

    Reflect

    After each session, share a 30-second reflection. Before-state, after-state, what you noticed.

  4. 04

    Look back

    At the end of 3 weeks, you'll be able to see your own pattern — what helped, what didn't, and where to go next.

Your data, your terms

  • Reflections are stored privately and used to improve the experience — not sold, not shared.
  • You can stop, skip a day, or opt out anytime. There's no streak shaming here.
